Certified Clinical Partner Specialist (CCPS)
Our inaugural training was a huge
Our inaugural certification training seminar, was June 26- June 29th at the Magnolia Hotel, downtown Dallas Texas. We had 29 clinicians and coaches from across the country and Canada, who joined us in learning about the
Multidimensional Partner Trauma Model. We received excellent feedback and reviews, and look forward to an even better experience in Cincinnati in October!
We were grateful to the Life Healing Center for
sponsoring a lunch for us as we learned about a new program designed specifically for partners- the ALMA program.
As a board, APSATS learned a lot from our attendees. To say the experience was rich does not even begin to describe it! ne of our attendees, Lili from Posarc, wrote a blog post immediately after we completed the training that describes the emotions for those of us who have been anticipating the event.
We certainly hope you will join us in Cincinnati this fall, or in LA in the winter (2014, Date to be determined). Or, please tell a friend or
colleague about this opportunity to gain expertise in helping partners of sex addicts from a well-integrated trauma model perspective.
Our next training is set for October 16-19, 2013 in the Midwest, in Cincinnati Ohio at The Cincinnatian Hotel. Registration is now
available! This training is for therapists/counselors,certified coaches, or students who want to specialize in helping partners of the
sexually addicted from a Trauma model approach. This training is required for
certification by APSATS as a Certified Clinical Partner Specialist (CCPS) or Certified Partner Coach (CPC). Don't miss the opportunity to be one of our first trainees!
Space will be limited to 30 participants. We
already have several registered, so don't delay!
Training open to students!
APSATS training is perfect for grad students or even undergrad students who want to
learn more about how to help partners. Graduates of our training will be given a certificate of completion and the training will count towards full certification upon completion of all required elements.
