- Words of truth, and painfully difficult to share. This woman pours her heart and love in her impact letter to her husband. She found the courage and strength to endure and talk about her experience in the aftermath of a discovery/disclosure. Her faith has been her solace, and her relationship with Jesus, her comfort.
- I had never felt such deep and dark rejection, humiliation, heartache, disgust, violation, anger, hatred, sorrow, grief,
self-hatred, in my life.
My partner in life had abandoned me and took the vows we spoke to each other and
shattered them like glass.I gave you my life to love and protect.
- I trusted you in every way and never even thought twice about it because you always led me to believe you were fine.
You have put your wants and needs above mine and didn't think twice about it.
You let me believe that I was the only love of your life.
I am not naive to think this will magically go away because I pray it always keeps you broken.
But, what I do know is that it’s a monster that wraps around your mind and tries to control you. You have Jesus Christ living inside of you who overcame death and bore every sin.
You have to be the one to tell this monster that you are NO longer its slave.
That when it starts to creeps back in know that you do have authority over it and you can tell it to flee
the love of my life…
- The man I married almost 4 years ago is not even close to the man you are now.
You are different and I know you want more in this life then being a slave to what has controlled your mind for far too long. I love you
