I would also like to say no matter who you are, no matter what you are going through, emotionally, physically, or relationally, it all hurts. Please find for yourself support, especially during this time of the year with the holidays on us, it can be especially difficult to be in crisis, anniversary dates of losses, loneliness, illnesses. Surround yourself with people that care for you and support your well being. Be intentional to be attentive to your needs and experiences.
